How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping/postage is included in the cost of all merchandise and Physical Gift Cards.

How long will my gifts take to arrive?

All merchandise and Physical Gift Cards are posted via Australia Post from Caloundra, Queensland, once your payment has cleared. Please check Australia Post service updates for any delays affecting your area.

I have ordered an E-Card. When will I receive it?

E-Cards are emailed to the email address(es) you provided at the time of your donation. Please add msaust@mercyships.org.au to your 'safe senders list'. 

If you do not receive it, please firstly check all of your email folders including your junk, promotions and spam folders, then contact our National Office by calling 1300 739 899 or emailing msaust@mercyships.org.au for support
