Refund Policy

Exchanges

Mercy Ships Australia will happily exchange any merchandise items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. We will also gladly exchange merchandise items that do not fit, eg. t-shirts, if a replacement size is available. To facilitate an exchange you can:

• call our National Office on (07) 5437 2992; or
• email msaust@mercyships.org.au

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition is not eligible for exchange.

You will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the item needing exchange to Mercy Ships Australia. Mercy Ships Australia will cover the cost to send the replacement item to you.
